As the Phase 1.0 of The Pakistan Literacy Project is successfully moving towards conclusion, meeting regarding the sustainability and phase-out plan was conducted at the CEO office Lahore chaired by Chief Executive Officer on 3^rd April 2023. The meeting was attended by the DEO and Deputy DEOs District Education Authorities. The purpose of the meeting was to share the project progress and discuss the possible ways to sustain active libraries established by ITA-RtR which will be handed over to the District Education Authority. The CEO and DEAs showed their support to sustaining the libraires through engaging AEOs and visiting the libraries more often and conduct Monthly Review meeting with the Pakistan Literacy Project team to share the progress of the libraries.
